Refund and Returns Policy
- When a customer is not satisfied with the course purchased or purchased a course by mistake the user can ask for a return/refund.
- In case of a wrong purchase, transfer to another course can be made. If the new course price is:
- More than the course purchased, the user will have to make additional payments to Arif Academy in the preferred method.
- Less than the course purchased, the excess amount will be adjusted in subsequent installments from Arif Academy in a preferred manner.
- A refund request by an email to info@arifacademy.com mentioning your email address or phone number at the time of registration within 72 hours from the time of purchase will be considered valid.
- If a student completes more than 1 full test or takes the same test multiple times, their refund will not apply.
- To request a refund, follow these steps on your smart phone or computer:
- Email info@arifacademy.com and provide the email address/phone number you used to sign up and purchase the course.
- In the email, please state why you want the refund with proper justification
- Refund requests are considered valid only if communicated and communicated by email within 72 hours of purchase clearly stating your email address and phone number during registration.
- Returns and refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days of successful processing and approval of refund requests by Explore Next Information Limited. This confirmation will be messaged to the user on the specified email or mobile number.

- To request a refund, the user must follow the official process from smartphone or computer.
- Email info@arifacademy.com using the same email address or phone number used during sign-up and purchase.
- In the email, clearly explain the reason for the refund request with proper justification.
- Refund requests will be considered valid only if they are communicated by email within 72 hours of purchase with correct registration details.
- Approved refund/return requests are processed within 2–5 working days. Confirmation will be sent to the user through the provided email address or mobile number.
