Refund and Returns Policy
- When a customer is not satisfied with the course purchased or purchased a course by mistake the user can ask for a return/refund.

In case of a wrong purchase, transfer to another course can be made. If the new course price is:

More than the course purchased, the user will have to make additional payments to Arif Academy in the preferred method.

Less than the course purchased, the excess amount will be adjusted in subsequent installments from Arif Academy in a preferred manner.

A refund request by an email to support@arifacademy.com mentioning your email address or phone number at the time of registration within 7 days from the time of purchase will be considered valid.

To request a refund, follow these steps on your smart phone or computer:

Email support@arifacademy.com and provide the email address/phone number you used to sign up and purchase the course.

In the email, please state why you want the refund with proper justification
- Refund requests are considered valid only if communicated and communicated by email within 7 days of purchase clearly stating your email address and phone number during registration.
- Returns and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of successful processing and approval of refund requests by Explore Next Information Limited. This confirmation will be messaged to the user on the specified email or mobile number.
